Watch Videos

Video lessons are the core of most BrightLearn courses. This guide shows how to open and watch them.

Before you begin

1. Log in to BrightLearn.
2. Be enrolled in a course with Active status.
3. Use a stable internet connection.

Step 1 — Open your course

1. Click My Courses.
2. Click the course you want to study.
3. The lesson list appears on the left or main area.

Step 2 — Select a video lesson

1. Find a lesson marked as Video or with a play icon.
2. Click the lesson title.
3. The video player loads on the page.

Step 3 — Play the video

1. Click the Play button in the center of the video.
2. Use the progress bar to pause or skip forward.
3. Adjust volume with the speaker icon.
4. Click Fullscreen for a larger view if available.

Step 4 — Complete the lesson

1. Watch until the end (some courses require this).
2. Click Mark complete or Next lesson if shown.
3. Your progress updates automatically.

Troubleshooting

Video will not play.

Video stops or buffers often.

1. Pause and wait for loading.
2. Move closer to your Wi‑Fi router or switch to a stronger connection.
3. Lower video quality if that option exists.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I download videos?

Most courses stream videos online only. Check Download resources for downloadable files.

Can I watch on my phone?

Yes. Open BrightLearn in your mobile browser and follow the same steps.
