Password Reset Help

If the standard password reset process did not work, use this guide for additional steps.

Before you begin

  1. Know the email on your BrightLearn account.
  2. Have access to that email inbox (or contact your administrator if not).

Step 1 — Request the reset again

  1. Go to Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email and send a new reset link.
  3. Use the link within a few minutes — links expire.

Step 2 — Check all email folders

  1. Search your inbox for “BrightLearn”.
  2. Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
  3. Add BrightLearn to your safe senders list if possible.

Step 3 — Try a different email

If you may have registered with another address:

  1. Try reset with each email you might have used.
  2. Ask your teacher which email they have on file.

Step 4 — Create a strong new password

When setting a new password:

  1. Use at least 8 characters.
  2. Mix letters and numbers.
  3. Do not reuse your old password.

Step 5 — Get administrator help

Contact your administrator if:

  1. You no longer have access to your email
  2. Reset emails never arrive after multiple tries
  3. The reset link shows an error

Provide your full name, school, and course name if known.
