Payment Status
After you upload payment proof, your enrollment stays in Pending until an administrator approves it. This guide shows how to check your status.
Before you begin
- Log in to BrightLearn.
- Have already uploaded payment proof.
Step 1 — Open My Courses
- Click My Courses in the navigation menu.
- Find the course you enrolled in.
Step 2 — Read the status label
Look for a status badge on the course:
- Pending — payment is waiting for administrator review
- Approved or Active — you can access the course
- Rejected — payment was not accepted; action needed
Step 3 — Open course details (optional)
- Click the course card.
- Look for a Payment status or Enrollment status section with more detail.
Step 4 — When approved
Once status changes to Approved:
- Click the course to open lessons.
- Start with Watch videos.
Payment verification usually takes less than 24 hours. Weekends and holidays may take longer.
Step 5 — If still pending
- Wait at least 24 hours after uploading proof.
- Confirm you uploaded a clear screenshot.
- See Payment not approved if status does not change.
Troubleshooting
Status shows Rejected.
- Check your email for a message from BrightLearn or your school.
- Upload a new, clear payment proof if allowed.
- Contact your administrator with your transaction ID.
I cannot see any status.
Refresh the page. If still missing, log out and log in again.

Will I get an email when approved?
If you enabled email updates on your account, you may receive an email when payment is approved.
