Payment Status

After you upload payment proof, your enrollment stays in Pending until an administrator approves it. This guide shows how to check your status.

Before you begin

  1. Log in to BrightLearn.
  2. Have already uploaded payment proof.

Step 1 — Open My Courses

  1. Click My Courses in the navigation menu.
  2. Find the course you enrolled in.

Step 2 — Read the status label

Look for a status badge on the course:

  1. Pending — payment is waiting for administrator review
  2. Approved or Active — you can access the course
  3. Rejected — payment was not accepted; action needed

Step 3 — Open course details (optional)

  1. Click the course card.
  2. Look for a Payment status or Enrollment status section with more detail.

Step 4 — When approved

Once status changes to Approved:

  1. Click the course to open lessons.
  2. Start with Watch videos.

Payment verification usually takes less than 24 hours. Weekends and holidays may take longer.

Step 5 — If still pending

  1. Wait at least 24 hours after uploading proof.
  2. Confirm you uploaded a clear screenshot.
  3. See Payment not approved if status does not change.

Troubleshooting

Status shows Rejected.

  1. Check your email for a message from BrightLearn or your school.
  2. Upload a new, clear payment proof if allowed.
  3. Contact your administrator with your transaction ID.

I cannot see any status.

Refresh the page. If still missing, log out and log in again.

If you enabled email updates on your account, you may receive an email when payment is approved.
