Course Not Visible
If you enrolled in a course but do not see it in My Courses, use this guide to find it or fix access.
Before you begin
- Log in with the correct account.
- Remember which course you enrolled in.
Step 1 — Open My Courses
- Click My Courses in the navigation.
- Scroll through the full list — courses may be below the fold.
Step 2 — Check enrollment status
Look for the course with status:
- Pending — payment not approved yet; see Payment status
- Active — should open normally
- Hidden — may appear after administrator action
Step 3 — Search the catalog
- Go to Browse courses.
- Search for the course by name.
- Open it — if you see Continue instead of Enroll, you are enrolled.
Step 4 — Confirm the right account
- Click your profile and check your email address.
- Log out and log in with the email you used to enroll.
- Check My Courses again.
If you have both personal and school emails, try logging in with each one.
Step 5 — Contact your teacher or administrator
Ask them to:
- Confirm your enrollment was added
- Approve pending payment
- Add you to the correct class if enrollment is manual
