Cannot Log In

If you cannot sign in to BrightLearn, try these steps before contacting support.

Before you begin

  1. Confirm you have an account — see Create an account.
  2. Know the email address you used to register.

Step 1 — Check your email and password

  1. Open the login page.
  2. Type your email carefully — no extra spaces.
  3. Type your password with Caps Lock turned off.
  4. Click Login again.

Step 2 — Reset your password

  1. Click Forgot password? on the login page.
  2. Follow Forgot password.
  3. Try logging in with your new password.

Step 3 — Try another browser or device

  1. Open BrightLearn in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
  2. Or try logging in on your phone.
  3. Clear the browser cache if the page looks broken.

Step 4 — Check your internet

  1. Open another website to confirm you are online.
  2. Switch to a stronger Wi‑Fi or mobile data connection.
  3. Try again.

After several failed attempts, your account may lock briefly. Wait a few minutes before trying again.

Step 5 — Contact your administrator

If you still cannot log in:

  1. Note the exact error message on screen.
  2. Contact your teacher or school administrator.
  3. Provide your full name and email address.
