Cannot Log In
If you cannot sign in to BrightLearn, try these steps before contacting support.
Before you begin
- Confirm you have an account — see Create an account.
- Know the email address you used to register.
Step 1 — Check your email and password
- Open the login page.
- Type your email carefully — no extra spaces.
- Type your password with Caps Lock turned off.
- Click Login again.
Step 2 — Reset your password
- Click Forgot password? on the login page.
- Follow Forgot password.
- Try logging in with your new password.
Step 3 — Try another browser or device
- Open BrightLearn in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
- Or try logging in on your phone.
- Clear the browser cache if the page looks broken.
Step 4 — Check your internet
- Open another website to confirm you are online.
- Switch to a stronger Wi‑Fi or mobile data connection.
- Try again.
After several failed attempts, your account may lock briefly. Wait a few minutes before trying again.
Step 5 — Contact your administrator
If you still cannot log in:
- Note the exact error message on screen.
- Contact your teacher or school administrator.
- Provide your full name and email address.
